Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Day of cancellation & no shows are subject to full service amount charges. With multiple appointment reminders via text and/or email there are many opportunities to cancel or change the appointment to a better suited time. My policy may seem strict, but I take my business and time very seriously. Thank you for understanding!
